You need to get CDXtract 4.5 to open these. Then convert them to the sampler file standard of your choice. At the top of CDXtract is the option "Virtual Drive" click on that then you'll be able to browse to the ISO. CDXtract will open the disc for you, and you can browse the samples, then convert them to whatever audio/sampler format you want. I also suggest grabbing Air's release of Kontakt 4, awesome sampler vst and standalone. You can convert these to .nki then.
FYI You have to use CDXTRACT (any version i assume). First open said app, click on the "Virtual drives", "open disk image", go to the disk. Once the disk loads up, They will load up as "partitions a,b,etc", highlight a partition and press save. Now click the grey Kontakt tab (if that is the program you want to use it in) and direct where you want the "program" and "sample" (make sure the sample folder is in the same program folder) and then finally CONVERT. In Kontakt, It will only open up in the "Files" tab. Good luck
